Adaptalift JCB Mini Excavator Giveaway
1. Promoter
The promoter is Adapt-A-Lift Group Pty Ltd trading as Adaptalift JCB (“Adaptalift JCB”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents and Australian businesses with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Residents and businesses located in New South Wales (NSW) and South Australia (SA) are not eligible to enter prior to Monday, 17 August 2026.
From 9:00am AEST on Monday, 17 August 2026, entry will also be open to eligible NSW and SA residents and businesses, subject to any applicable trade promotion approvals being granted.
Employees of Adapt-A-Lift Group Pty Ltd, its related entities, agencies involved in the promotion and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion will run during the following periods:
Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), Western Australia (WA), Tasmania (TAS), Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and Northern Territory (NT): Entries open at 9:00am AEST on Monday, 3 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday, 31 October 2026.
New South Wales (NSW) and South Australia (SA): Subject to the relevant trade promotion approvals being granted, entries open at 9:00am AEST on Monday, 17 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday, 31 October 2026.
In addition, eligible attendees who registered for and attended the Adaptalift JCB Launch Event held at the Truganina facility on Wednesday, 15 July 2026 will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. These event-attendee entries are accepted as a separate entry category and are not required to have been submitted during the general public promotional period.
Entries received through the public competition form outside the general public promotional period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to eligible for promotion entry:
General Public Entry: Eligible participants must complete and submit the official online competition entry form during the promotional period, provide all mandatory information, subscribe to receive marketing communications from Adaptalift JCB, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Adaptalift Group Privacy Policy.
Adaptalift JCB Launch Event Entry: Eligible individuals who registered for and attended the Adaptalift JCB Launch Event on 15 July 2026 will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. No additional entry form is required for this entry.
NSW and SA entrants may only submit an entry from 9:00am AEST on Monday, 17 August 2026, unless they qualified for an automatic entry through attendance at the Adaptalift JCB Launch Event held on 15 July 2026.
Unless otherwise stated, a maximum of one (1) entry is permitted per eligible person and/or registered ABN. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person and/or registered ABN unless otherwise stated.
Incomplete, inaccurate or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize consisting of:
One (1) JCB 18Z-1 Mini Excavator valued at over AUD $30,000 (incl. GST). The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Adaptalift JCB reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
The draw will take place on Monday 2 November 2026 at the offices of Adaptalift Group.
The winner will be notified via the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the draw.
7. Prize Claim
The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim the prize within the specified period, Adaptalift JCB reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
8. Prize Collection
The winner is responsible for arranging collection or delivery of the prize unless otherwise agreed by Adaptalift JCB.
Any ongoing operating costs, registration (where applicable), insurance, servicing, transportation, fuel and maintenance after handover are the responsibility of the winner.
9. Marketing Consent
By entering the promotion, participants consent to being contacted by Adaptalift JCB regarding their competition entry and products or services relevant to their interests.
Participants who opt in agree to receive future marketing communications from Adaptalift JCB and understand they may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in marketing emails.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with Adaptalift Group’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation.

11. General
Adaptalift JCB reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is misleading, fraudulent or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Adaptalift JCB reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adaptalift JCB accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize.
12. Winner Notification & Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities relating to the competition, including the use of their name, business name (if applicable), state or territory, photographs and/or video taken during the prize presentation for promotional purposes by Adaptalift JCB, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The winner also consents to their name and/or business name being published on Adaptalift JCB’s website, LinkedIn page and other official marketing channels for the purpose of announcing the competition outcome.
