Adaptalift JCB Mini Excavator Giveaway
1. Promoter
The promoter is Adapt-A-Lift Group Pty Ltd trading as Adaptalift JCB (“Adaptalift JCB” or “the Promoter”), located at:
1574 Centre Road, Springvale VIC 3171 Australia
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to eligible Australian residents and Australian businesses with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), provided the individual submitting the entry is aged 18 years or over.
A maximum of one (1) entry is permitted per individual, regardless of whether the entrant enters in their personal capacity as a sole trader, or, on behalf of a business or company. An individual may not submit a separate personal entry and business entry.
Employees of Adapt-A-Lift Group Pty Ltd, its related entities, agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion will run during the following periods:
Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), Western Australia (WA), Tasmania (TAS), Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and Northern Territory (NT):
Entries open at 9:00am AEST on Monday, 3 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday, 31 October 2026.
New South Wales (NSW) and South Australia (SA):
Entries open at 9:00am AEST on Monday, 17 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday, 31 October 2026.
In addition, eligible attendees who registered for and attended the Adaptalift JCB Launch Event held on Wednesday, 15 July 2026 will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. These entries are accepted separately and are not required to have been submitted during the general public promotional period.
Entries submitted outside the applicable promotional period for the entrant’s state or territory will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
There are two methods of entry into the promotion:
General Public Entry
Eligible participants must:
1. Complete and submit the official online competition entry form during the applicable promotional period;
2. Provide all mandatory information requested on the entry form;
3. Sign up to receive marketing communications from Adaptalift JCB; and
4. Agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Adaptalift Group Privacy Policy.
Adaptalift JCB Launch Event Entry
Eligible individuals who registered for and attended the Adaptalift JCB Launch Event held on 15 July 2026 will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. No additional competition entry form is required.
A maximum of one (1) entry per eligible individual applies across all methods of entry. An individual who has received an automatic entry as an eligible Adaptalift JCB Launch Event attendee is not entitled to receive an additional entry by completing the general public entry form.
Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate or otherwise ineligible entries may be deemed invalid. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize consisting of:
One (1) JCB 18Z Mini Excavator valued at over AUD $30,000.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Adaptalift JCB reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid and eligible entries received in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The draw will take place at:
2:00pm AEDT on Monday, 2 November 2026
at: Adaptalift Group – 1574 Centre Road, Springvale VIC 3171
The first valid eligible entry randomly selected will be deemed the provisional winner, subject to verification of eligibility.
The winner will be notified in writing using the email address provided with their competition entry or otherwise held by Adaptalift JCB in connection with their eligible Launch Event registration within five (5) business days of the draw.
The Promoter will take reasonable steps to verify the winner’s eligibility before awarding the prize.
7. Publication of Winner
The winner’s details will be published on the Adaptalift JCB website within 30 days of the draw, in accordance with applicable trade promotion requirements.
The published winner details will include the winner’s:
• first name initial;
• surname; and
• postcode.
By entering and accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that these details may be published for the purpose of announcing the result of the promotion and satisfying applicable regulatory requirements.
The winner may also be announced through Adaptalift JCB’s official marketing channels, including its LinkedIn page, subject to the publicity provisions in these Terms & Conditions.
8. Prize Claim and Unclaimed Prize Draw
The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of written notification by responding to the Promoter and providing any information reasonably required to verify their identity and eligibility.
If the prize remains unclaimed after this period, or if the original winner is determined to be ineligible, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at:
2:00pm AEDT on Tuesday, 17 November 2026
at:
Adaptalift Group – 1574 Centre Road, Springvale VIC 3171
The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted by random electronic draw from all remaining valid and eligible entries.
The first valid eligible entry randomly selected in the unclaimed prize draw will be deemed the replacement winner, subject to verification of eligibility.
The replacement winner will be notified in writing using the email address provided with their entry.
The replacement winner must claim the prize within 14 days of written notification by responding to the Promoter and providing any information reasonably required to verify their identity and eligibility.
The replacement winner’s first name initial, surname and postcode will be published on the Adaptalift JCB website within 30 days of the unclaimed prize draw, in accordance with applicable trade promotion requirements.
9. Prize Collection and Ongoing Costs
The winner is responsible for arranging collection of the JCB 18Z Mini Excavator from a location nominated by Adaptalift JCB, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all costs associated with transporting or collecting the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Following handover of the prize, the winner is responsible for all ongoing costs associated with ownership and operation of the machine, including insurance, transportation, fuel, servicing, maintenance and any registration or other statutory requirements that may apply.
10. Marketing Consent
By entering the promotion through the general public entry form, entrants agree to subscribe to and receive marketing communications from Adaptalift JCB, including information about JCB equipment, products, services, offers, promotions, events and other relevant updates.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe functionality contained within electronic marketing communications.
Entrants also agree that Adaptalift JCB may contact them where reasonably necessary in connection with the administration of the competition, including to verify an entry or notify a winner.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Adaptalift Group Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation.
A copy of the Adaptalift Group Privacy Policy is available on the Adaptalift Group website and can be provided on request.
12. Verification and Disqualification
Adaptalift JCB reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify an entry where it reasonably determines that the entry is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter may also request reasonable evidence to verify an entrant’s identity, age, ABN, business authority or other eligibility requirements before awarding the prize.
13. General
Adaptalift JCB reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is misleading, fraudulent or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Adaptalift JCB reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adaptalift JCB accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize.
15. Trade Promotion Approvals
This promotion is conducted subject to applicable state and territory trade promotion laws.
